Thermal Drill
Microprocessor sensors (produced by Dallas Semiconductor Construction., USA) were placed in a steel rope especially developed by Infotech Group with a temperature range from -55°С to +127,5°С and a useful perimeter of 5m in diameter.
The distance between the sensors may vary depending on the kind of the grain storehouse (every 1 or 2 meters). The external diameter of the rope is 9,8 mm. Its two-layer structure provides for its resistance to tensile strength /45kN/ and lateral thrust. It is lined with polythene insulation (approved for the medical and food industry). Each drill is equipped with network scheme / plate which provides for the transfer of the data from the thermal drill to the system for control.
